The 2nd Cycle of #Her_Research is in the stage of announcing the final results.
The female gender, unfortunately, still faces strong issues of inequality in terms of women’s representation in the fields of science and technology and, therefore, the support and empowerment of women active in the field of research, through new actions and initiatives, is absolutely necessary.
The aim of #Her_Research is to empower women researchers in terms of expertise, access to funding, exchange of useful information and experiences, and facilitate their networking in the business world.
