Namely, through interaction in the cooperation groups, members expand their horizons, exchange ideas and, of course, extend their social network. In addition, S.E.G.E. members have the opportunity to express their knowledge and opinions, whereby, with the support of the Association, they can propose and create new actions to be implemented.
The cornerstone of S.E.G.E.’s actions is its members in order to build strong relationships that endure over time, with strong results. Therefore, the S.E.G.E. has restructured its cooperation groups, encouraging members to actively participate and interact according to the subject matter and interests of each.

Culture Cooperation Group
The Culture Cooperation Group was created to implement actions and initiatives that support, encourage and enhance positive change in the field of culture. The aim of the group is to identify the problems and obstacles faced by women working in the sector and to develop and implement initiatives to address them.

The Tourism Cooperation Group is a communication channel for our members to exchange information and views and develop partnerships in the tourism sector. The group also aims to highlight the specific needs of the industry, as well as growth opportunities in the business market.

Energy Cooperation Group
The Energy Cooperation Group was created to coordinate the Women’s Energy Community “WEnCoop”, an initiative by the S.E.G.E. that is being implemented from June 2021. This group focuses on issues related to the economic aspects of energy and climate change. Its objective is to exchange information and implement projects aimed at strengthening women’s participation in the energy sector.

The Education Cooperation Group was created to bring together our members who are interested in developing new competences and skills, as well as to create partnerships between our members who are active in this field.
Young Entrepreneurship Cooperation Group

The Young Entrepreneurship Collaboration Group was created in order to increase the visibility of the achievements of “young” entrepreneurs and to promote discussion on important issues concerning the improvement of the conditions for the development of new businesses in Greece. Its main objective is to identify and find solutions to the main problems that prevent women from starting and developing new businesses.
